Creating a signature boot for backcountry visionary, Jake Blauvelt, was an obvious choice considering his riding legacy and position as adidas Snowboarding’s inaugural team rider. Similar to Jake’s selection of only the finest terrain, the Blauvelt Boot is our top-of-the-line model, drawing design inspiration from adidas Football’s premier cleat models; the F-50 and Predator. This signature boot is packed full of technological features including Continental© rubber, Recco© avalanche rescue technology, Aerotherm thermal barrier, and recycled coffee ground materials for odor neutralization.adidas-snowboarding-2013-winter-snowboard-boot-collection-3

First introduced to the world in 1950 as an indoor football shoe, the Samba’s iconic design quickly became a staple from the pitch to the streets. In 2014, the Samba takes to the snow as our softer flex option for all types of terrain. With advanced technology including Continental© rubber, Recco© avalanche rescue technology, an active heel harness and recycled coffee ground materials for odor neutralization, the Samba’s classic styling conceals the tech while providing everything you need for a comfortable boot.

The Samba W is a Women’s specific re-design of the Samba Boot, with a custom last and female proportioned adaptations of the same technology you’d find in the Men’s version. Keeping it classic with the exterior lines, the Samba W takes on a contemporary look with the Rose Camo print inspired by the ‘Rose City’, Portland, Oregon, home of adidas Snowboarding.
