A kayaker on Thursday described being attacked by what he thought was a Great White shark off Gaviota Beach in Santa Barbara. Kareen Wynter reports from Santa Barbara for the KTLA 5 News at 1 on Aug. 20, 2015. It’s interesting to note that the Kayak is “Yum, Yum, Yellow” a color known to attract sharks. So much so, in fact, that Mick Fanning recently decided to abandon the color yellow from the bottom of his surfboards after he was attacked by a Great White in South Africa.
