Tony Hawk – Short Lived Street Skating

Not too long ago I sat down with Tony Hawk to do an interview about “The L.A. Boys,” a documentary I was in the process of finishing up. After I had asked him a series of questions related to the film I decided to ask one more to satisfy my own curiosity. I wanted to know what happened to the street skating version of Tony that I vividly remembered from 1993 so I asked him exactly that: “What ever happened to your street skating career?” This was his reply. —Colin Kennedy
