Vermont Cliff Jumping with Mike Wilson is Next Level

Vermont is known for a lot of things: maple syrup, Ben & Jerry’s, Bernie Sanders, Green Mountain Coffee, Burton Snowboards to name a few. It’s also one of the best sources of granite in the Northeast. Its quarries provided much of the granite that exists in the older buildings of eastern seaboard cities like Boston, New York and Philadelphia. In the years since, Vermont (and New Hampshire) quarries have been mostly used up, but in the wake of that industry’s decline, the pits have filled with water and created some of the best cliff jumping opportunities east of the rockies. Tahoe-based adventurer and rope swing aficionado, Mike Wilson, took a trip to New England over the 4th of July holiday and executed some of the biggest cliff jumps ever seen along with a crew of locals.
