Downhill skateboarding is one of those unsung sports still reeling from the hanover of 1990s X Games, where partiicpants wore spandex and suffered really awkward crashes. Despite the danger no one could get past the kook factor. Fast forward to the “20-teens” (is that a decade) and downhill is starting to rebound. From California to Europe, hairball speed freaks are charging mountains at break neck speeds and letting the rest of us know that we really are just a bunch of pussies.
