Bear Mountain’s Hot Dawgs and Hand Rails Turns 10

Southern California’s Bear Mountain hosts the 10th Annual Hot Dawgs and Hand Rails event, marshaling in the unofficial start of the winter season for the world’s most rabid collection of  rail jibbing, shit-talking, beer swilling snowboarders west of Las Vegas.
