Game Changer – UberSki Launches in Salt Lake City

Take about a game changer. Forget about waiting for a bus or a shuttle or parking in some lot a mile away from the lifts. Uber has launched a new service targeting skiers and snowboarders in the SLC region.

UberSKI services all resorts along the Wasatch Front – from Ogden, to Park City, to the Cottonwoods – and has the same base pricing of uberX and uberXL (with a nominal $4 surcharge), enabling skiers and riders can now get to the slopes in style without worrying about lines and post-shred BO.

Sierra Quitiquit and Powder Video Awards Best Line winner, Angel Collinson, were the first to demo the new service, which will bring a long-awaited transportation option to those looking to get on-hill without headaches.

We can only pray that this service will penetrate every ski town in the world so the nightmare parking on the proverbial mountain road will become a thing of the past.
