Mammoth’s Trevor Jacob Wins FIS Boardercross World Cup

Congrats to Mammoth team rider Trevor Jacob on winning his first boardercross victory at Vallnord. Jacob will hopefully be representing the USA in the Olympics next month in Sochi!

Trevor Jacob (Golden City, CA) rode to his career first snowboardcross victory Saturday in the FIS Snowboard World Cup in Vallnord, putting him in prime position to make the Olympic team with just a month before Sochi. A core of American men claimed three other spots in the top ten, and Olympic medalist Lindsey Jacobellis (Stratton Mountain, VT) took third in the women’s race with Canadian rider Dominique Maltais sealing the victory.
