Diver Survives Encounter with Large Mako Shark

A Gulf Coast diver was almost attacked by a Mako shark in the open waters off of Mobile Alabama. Lance Williams filmed the animal as it circled him, presumably coming in for the kill. Eventually he had his boat mates toss him a spear gun and was able to keep the animal at bay. From there it was all camera work and good fortune.
