Professional surfer Chadd Konig gave up the warm beaches of southern California and went in search of something more. He was craving a deeper connection with the land and the resources that we all depend on to sustain life. After finding a plot of land in Northern California close to some amazing surf, he built a yurt and began growing his own food. His water comes from the sky and his power comes from the sun.
