2016 Burton US Open Highlights

From the moment the riders started dropping into the 2016 Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships for practice you could tell this year’s event was going to go off. And it did. Each and every competitor seemed to pull out everything they had. And in the end, as if Shaun White hadn’t dropped jaws before, he gave the crowd a halfpipe run that blew up comment feeds everywhere. The weather was gorgeous. the activities in the village provided endless entertainment and the concerts were lit, as Vail provided the perfect backdrop for an incredible week.
